Itinerary of the trip

Day 1 Marrakech

Upon arrival in Marrakech, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel. A delicious dinner awaits you there, giving you a taste of Moroccan cuisine. After an eventful day, you can relax in your comfortable hotel room and enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

Day 2 Ait Ben Haddou

After breakfast we leave and drive over the impressive Atlas Mountains to Ait Ben Haddou. During the trip our route will take us through picturesque landscapes and charming small towns. In the afternoon we reach our traditional hotel in Ait Ben Haddou. There we will have the opportunity to visit the famous Kasbah and admire its beauty. After an eventful day we enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel and spend the night there.

Day 3 Dades Valley

After breakfast we will drive to the Dades Gorge within a few hours. After check-in at a beautiful Berber hotel, we will take a hike through the fields in the valley. In the evening we will enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 4 Dades Gorge

After breakfast we will visit the breathtaking Dades Gorge. On the way back we will stop for lunch with a Berber family and have the opportunity to experience the local hospitality. In the evening we will enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 5 Merzougha

After breakfast we will leave and drive to the desert of Merzougha. On the way we will stop to visit the impressive Toudra Gorge. After the visit we continue our journey and finally reach a Kashba in the desert of Merzougha. There a delicious dinner with typical Moroccan cuisine awaits us. We will be accompanied by traditional music that will immerse us in the unique atmosphere of Berber culture. We will spend the night in the cozy Kashba, where we can rest in the middle of the desert landscape.

Day 6 Merzougha desert

Before we ride on dromedaries to a luxury tented camp in the afternoon, we have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area with some highlights. There is a possibility to have lunch. In the evening, a delicious dinner awaits us, followed by a bonfire and live music. The overnight stay will be in traditional Berber tents.

Day 7 Dades Valley

We enjoy the breathtaking sunrise in the desert and then have a delicious breakfast at the tented camp. Afterwards we will make our way back to the Kasbah and experience a picturesque camel ride. Upon our return to Dades, we will have a free afternoon to relax. In the evening a tasty dinner awaits us and we spend the night in the hotel.

Day 8 Rose Valley/ Ait Ben Haddou

After we have had breakfast, we go for a long hike from the Dade Valley to the Rose Valley. There is a possibility to have lunch in the center of the Rose Valley. Afterwards we continue our journey and move into a typical Berber hotel in Ait Ben Haddou. Dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel await us there.

Day 9 Marrakech

After having breakfast, we will leave for Marrakech. There you will have the opportunity to have lunch in the High Atlas. In the early afternoon we reach a hotel or riad in Marrakech. After checking in, we will take a 4-hour city tour of Marrakech with a German-speaking guide.

Day 10 Marrakech

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport.
